How our stock system works

Items that are physically instock will be shown as instock READY TO SHIP!

Items that are not physically instock but can be ordered from the supplier will be shown as AVAILABLE FROM SUPPLIER.

Items that are out of stock cannot be purchased but you can sign up to be notified when they become available. Simply enter your email address on the product page and hit notify me.

How backorders work

If an order is placed with items that are not physically instock, the items will be ordered from the supplier and dispatched as soon as we receive them.

Backorder times may vary depending on supplier locations, stock levels and business operating hours. Below are some examples of estimated time frames from when the order is placed with the supplier and us receiving the items.

Local suppliers: 1-2 business days

Interstate suppliers: 2-3 business days

International suppliers: 3-4 weeks

Although product availability may be indicated on this site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order If for any reason the product(s) are no longer available or the RRP has increased. If the RRP has increased you will be given the option to cancel your order for a full refund or an invoice can be generated for the difference. Customers will be notified via Email if any product(s) are no longer available and receive a full refund of the total amount or a store credit.

Dropshipping

Some items may be drop shipped direct from the supplier to your door, saving time and keeping product prices down.
